What are your health & fitness goals? Do you want to reduce body fat or increase muscle mass? Would you like to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or osteoporosis? Are you an athlete looking to increase your performance? Do you simply want to carry out life’s daily tasks without pain?
If in any way I’m speaking to your condition then I’d love to get a chance to talk with you. The first step in meeting your health & fitness goals is an assessment. This is where we sit down and discuss your goals, your health history, your nutrition, injury history and anything else that’s pertinent to your achieving good health. We then formulate a workout plan based on your assessment.
Getting in shape is a lot like pursuing a college degree. You don’t simply take random classes and expect to get a specific degree. Nor should you expect to reach your specific goals by following your best friend’s workout or or some generic workout plan from a magazine or book. Attainment of your health & fitness goals involves short-, medium-, and long-term planning, much like a degree plan. A sound workout plan is based on recognizing your current fitness levels and then planning appropriately to deliver you safely to your goals. Workouts must be challenging but safe as well as mentally stimulating. We’ll work together to ensure you’re getting the absolute most out of your time spent exercising.
I love to help people lead a healthy lifestyle. Seeing my clients enjoy exercise and achieve their health & fitness goals is a reward beyond money.
